The ruck speed makes this sport such a tedious watch. Boring. I just want to watch fast exciting rugby and I haven't seen that for such a long time.

Totally agree, smithies should have been yellowed for interference then as well rolling on the ball and trying to dislodge it, ptb is painfully slow.

Just echoing similar sentiments in previous pages, but something really needs doing about the rucks. Sick of the lying on while looking at the ref, hands all over the PTB, pushing the ball carrier down, you name it we've seen it and it's killing the entertainment factor and the flow of the game. You can see why it's not appealing for the neutral/newcomer. Even if they penalise EVERYTHING, that way it becomes boring as a penalty fest, but maybe it's the only way teams will change. However, knowing the RFL, they'd follow that policy for around half a season and then just drop it, like the yellow cards and penalties died down this year, most likely due to the bleating of certain teams' support.

The basic skill level in this game is pathetic. Lots of effort from Wigan in particular, but not a good advert for the sport.

I want Wigan, Saints or Leeds* to win every Grand Final until we do. I'm well aware that might take another sixty years, and I'll be long gone. The first "new" name I want to see on the trophy is Warrington.

*I'm aware four teams have won it, but Bradford's chances are currently even lower than ours.

Noticed that in the 46th minute a Hull KR player (Litten) pulls on the jersey to lift-up O`Neill as he is getting-up to play the ball.

It was very similar to Vaughan incident with Matautia.
