Williams got MoM if that’s what you asking.

| Classy win, lots of classy performances across the park.
We need to be a little slicker in the playoffs, but I'm really hopeful that we can put a big challenge in for the superleague title. We can beat anyone.

| Joe Philbin seemed to enjoy getting stuck in, Drinkwater was efficient and just makes life easier, for Williams and Currie to pick the plays. Solid team performance and defence again, was perfect. no tries conceded in two games.

Monitoring outside for the people inside: |

| Thought that King's timing of his passes was much better. Would like to see Philbin have more composure when he makes a break, not the first time he's fluffed one.

| OK it was a poor Hudds team, but I really like how Currie is being used. He's always been a talented athlete with great ball skills and gets to use them at 13. Whilst he has lost pace since the 2 ops, he's developed a toughness in place of it.
My mom.

| Nothing to do with the result but was interesting to hear Ken Davy going to build a smaller stadium for the Giants. It’s never been a good look for them in there. 4181 in there last night if not for the Wire fans it could have looked like they were still in Covid

| While they were bad, they didn’t really get a chance to do anything. We were relentless, not a word often associated with us.
Some stand out stats which tell the story, tackles made by our props: Harrison 11, Musgrove 13, Yates 15, Philbin 5, Crowther 8. Only Currie and Nicholson broke 20. It’s pretty much a day off defensively,

| I hear that the American owners of Huddersfield Town football club have offered to buy Ken Davy out of their share in the lease for the stadium so the football club has sole use. That money might enable the giants to build their own "Fartown"

| Perhaps a little churlish given the score yesterday but watching the tries I think Thewlis did incredibly well to score his after what was a terribly timed & early pass from Tai. I know he hits hard and puts in a shift coming out of defence but his decision making/centre play is still way off top super league quality. Probably the same with his decision to go on his own rather than use the support for his try. Not trying to be critical for the sake of it but hopefully this is something he can work on preseason as it is that difference in decision making/execution that makes a genuine top quality centre.

I don’t think it’s overly critical to say those things. He clearly does need a lot of work on his passing game but what has been a massive difference for us is the defence he brings on that side of the field. He could be a monster if he gets his passing game sorted.

I've nothing against Hudds, quite the soft spot in fact since we sort of came up together after the 09 CCF. We've obviously progressed further while in recent years we've both struggled wirh patchy levels of success. So it is very disheartening to see so many empty seats when you visit there. A smaller, compact ground with sole focus on the Giants would be great for them, it wouldn't need to be any bigger than 10,000 though!

I thought that exact same thought but you cant fail to like him.

| He’s not (yet) what is referred to as a winger’s centre!

| If we had someone who could put in miss passes to the right like Williams does to the left Thewlis would be scoring a lot more.
