The talk was he went missing then hey presto he's having an operation.
If he is still in recovery from major surgery he's shouldn't be playing matey nice try though

The pre World Cup mystery really didn't put Roy in a good light as far as I am concerned The benefit of the doubt had me thinking he might be gearing himself up for a big impact with us Yeah Right ha ha
Stood in the West last night chatted to some Roy malcontents who were 'cheering' our boy on with every opportunity Very entertaining

| I reckon you all need to watch him a bit more closely then, makes yards after the tackle and stops runners dead when they collide, what do you want him to do, that's his job and if you take the blinkers off you'd see it too, maybe even try to encourage the guy.

| Asotasi is just the latest in a long line of established, first grade, international props who have treated our spectators, club and our competition with disdain, arrogance and apathy.
History tells us that the best signings from overseas are hungry, young, promising emergent talents with something to prove, and the desire to up-sticks and cross the world to do it. We have been served well by such players, whilst Asotasi joins the elite club of Roach, Teitzel etc. whose wages are only matched by their laziness.

Asotasi does not make yards after a tackle, and that's only if he ever takes a ball in. Ormsby and R. Evens made more yards and carried more ball in than him last night.

If Asotasi does a Steve Roach in the CC then I'll be happy.

He won't though, unless we fly Sir Leslie Boyd over to do what Boydie did to Roach and point out to him that he is a disgrace to his country.

| I used to be a fan of Roach and am surprised that Boyd had said that to him. What a grisely pack we used to have then-Boyd, Tamati, a Roach, Davidson, Roberts, sir Mike Greg.

| He runs hard and tackles what more do you want . Don't think he has dropped a ball yet. Don't think I have seen him go 80 yards yet but there is time for those people on here who expect this from a 17 stone 31yrd old forward.

He couldn't do 80 yards in a match if he turned out in his sponsored car.

| Lets keep positive for the mo. King and Trent have taken at least a year to settle in and look
at the impact they've had. As a rugby player, 9 times out of ten they have the dna to be
competitive in the toughest of sports on this planet and that competitive edge alone will
hopefullly mean that 'it's embarrassing to perform' as a number 8 like Asotasi has. Let's
support him in the stands more, cos negativity won't help him in his new environment. He
was the worlds best prop only 5 years ago. As fans we need to get behind him and encourage
him to run in hard and hit hard in the tackles. We can make a big difference in the south
stand by backing him instead of doing the 'highbury library' at nal-where they just expect
things to happen. Warrington fans have always been fiery over the years and i'm proud of that.
In years gone by we've been the 12th man in the side (especially in Wilderspool days) to bring
the best out of our players with the velocity of our vocal support. Lets back him and the
rest of our players, even if we lose. Let's back TS as well cos he has been the best thing
to arrive on the Wire shores since Tony Barrow and the great late 80's team.

| I'm sorry but I can't get behind a prop who takes in less ball than Ryan Bailey and whose idea of 'Playing Rugby' is to do do two 15 minute stints in which he will take a couple of drives in, walk back to set the line and be the third man in the tackle.

I agree with most of what you have written Gaz, unfortunately, we have to blame somebody. I didn't think he was that bad on Friday, in fact he was quite good, but for most that's never going to be enough.
Perhaps there will be a turning point when he will stick two fingers up to the South Stand.

The 12th man? From your Wilderspool days you must mean Sanderson.
