| Would depend on where we are going with Monas and Briers. If they go whay not have Long and Myler? As much as I don't like him I would have him in my team.

| There probably would have been a decent chance of him coming had his best mate Gleeson still of been here, but I wouldn't have him now anyway.
Maybe Wigan seeing as Tim Smith is homesick

| No. It would have made sense when we last tried to sign him, probably not so much any more.
He's been an outstanding player though and I don't understand why he is hated so much. It's not his fault he plays for a much better team than us.

I would suggest not signing Long and releasing Briers would be an even better option.

Yeah, maybe we can have a go with 3 hookers starting every game next year.

| Could Long could keep his face straight when he took the Warrington oath in front of the media:
"I came here to win trophies and play in major finals. This is a club going places and I wanted to be part of it"

Perhaps he could pick a face in the crowd and think of all the pain and suffering and all that other that guy wrote in the guardian the other week.

| I can't see this being an option really & doesn't seem to fit in with Tony Smith's new philosophy with the club.
For me, he's past his best & his current performances are driven by his passion for Saints. I ca'nt see him being anywhere near that passionate for any other club, let alone ours.
He would be better looking for a decent deal in NL1, where he would be a very effective weapon.

'" I would agree with that, even reading that interview it is clear he still has a passion for Saints and doesn't really want to leave. If he does go I can see him ending up at a Salford/Celtic type club who could really make use of him.
