No news around as yet if they have been paid. And there is a meeting tomorrow to put them back on sustainably cap. This is just comedy gold.

Salford have been placed on the sustainability cap AGAIN. Just laughable now, in fact it’s beyond laughing it’s embarrassing.

Notwithstanding players downing tools, the real problem with the 'hokey cokey' tampering of Salford's cap is that it skews the league. The alternative of allowing Salford to operate at full cap but with a points deduction if there are financial irregularities only jeopardizes their position might have been a fairer solution.
