If that is true and goes off the Highest tackles then we'll be missing
Matt Davis
Ben Currie
Daryl Clark
Chris Hill
Jason Clark
Blake Austin
But there's no Guarantee they all came in to contact with the infected player.
Be interesting to see who is left out, luckily we have a big squad depth

And yet those players are all spitting all over the grass - Is their spit, and who unfortunately then lands in that spit, monitored, as there is far more chance of picking up the virus from that. Throw in the close contact after tries are scored, getting changed together and all travelling together, then the idea of a track and trace on the pitch is absolute bizarre logic.
If 6 of our side has possibly picked it up between approximately 6.15 and 8.15 on Sunday night, then hasnt the other 11 also then possibly picked it up in the half hour after getting changed?

Regarding your last bit, no because you are not immediately infectious after being exposed are you?, and they were also negative on monday so nothing to worry about between the game time and monday. The risk is that they become infectious in the 14 days following. I do agree that the GPS bit is all a bit bizarre but at least it means we can play rugby and fulfill the sky contract which seems the priority for the good of the game.

But I assume ALL the players have changed and trained together until the moment they were instructed to self isolate?

| I got called on here by Paul Youane the other week for suggesting the RFL need to be stricter with the rules and the players bubbles. Apparantley they are doing a wonderful job. That's 4 teams I make it all with positive tests in 4 weeks. The competition is fast becoming a joke.

It makes no sense though. So the 6 Wire players tackled X player yet them 6 Wire players all shake hands after the game with each other, all go in the changing rooms together, shower, walk out together etc.

Assuming you are correct, that gives us a few headaches. First off, we need a new captain, Widdop perhaps ? Then we will need to meet the challenge of the Hull pack after losing 6 forwards. We may still have our creative players, but that will be of little use if we can't defend our line or make ground with the ball. I wonder if we will have a bench of 4 forwards with no room for Matty Ashton and Danny Walker ?
Possible to come in ?;
Akaoula (certain surely)
Latu (probable)
Ellis Robson
Eribe Doro
Mamo ( King to BR ?)
Burrell
Glad I am not the coach this week.

Nothing in this current situation makes sense.
Everything is ‘token gestures’ so as to be seen to be doing something. The problem is, the whole point of the restrictions was to protect the NHS. The words of Boris himself. Now we are seeing big spikes in infections with little to no hospitalisations. The big picture needs to be looked at, instead of pandering to a sensationalist media. The fallout of the restrictions will kill many many more, it’s not just about destroying our sport... The trillions spent already, in addition to the public not spending out of fear, will hit our current kids hard and shorten their lives by decades with extreme poverty and lack of spending on essential services in the future.
The country needs a wartime style leader who will make the right, tough decisions instead of just doing what Joe Public thinks will make him feel a bit cosier.

Isn't 'no spitting' one of the protocols that have been introduced?

If Walker plays significant minutes, or even starts, then Daz Clark could move to the Back Row as he has done previously for periods within games. Of course this means that one of our star players will be less effective but this is a make do and mend team sheet.
