Exactly, when it's done right and the right 30+ year old players are signed it can bring success. However when done wrong, like by ourselves and other lower SL clubs it can do harm. The only recent exception I can think of in our case when and old Aussie has turned out well is Luke Patten. |

I can't help thinking that the presence of Steve Simms had a lot to do with things in that respect. How he managed to keep his head for so long whilst everyone around him was losing theirs is beyond me. |
