Shop opened an hour earlier than advertised,probably due to the large queue that had already formed

I get paid on the 15th of each month which is Thursday and i'm sure many others are in the same boat. I think Thursday will be the big scramble day for tickets. If it sells out before then i wont get a ticket.

I needed four extra tickets (for people who come every game with me and the wife and kids but don't have season tickets) - rang the shop at 9:57 - straight through - paid over the phone - no problems - brilliant!!

That number cuts off after 2 ring, state's no1 available - internet site keeps crashing at the payment stage. I've currently either got 0 tickets or 400 the amount of times I've tried to pay online!!!!

Drove past the HJ at 8:50 this morning and there was a queue of about 60 people waiting outside the club shop.

I must of just got really really lucky then - two rings and the girl answered - but I did it just before 10 - half way through the call I could just hear the phones all start ringing! Keep trying - they have plenty!



Just as a back up plan, in case I didn't get the extra ones I needed - I went on the giants website and their ticket line, and could of bought some off there no problems, for the West Stand, for them to post out if I wanted - went all the way through till payment and stopped - just something for people to bare in mind if we sell all ours out!

My order also seemed to go wrong at payment stage but after checking online banking appears that the money has gone out. Just spoke to a lady on the phone who said they are having some problems with website but hopefully should all be sorted by this afternoon if want to phone back and check that everything has gone through okay.

There is absolutely no chance this game will sell out. I'll be handing over a twenty pound note at the West Stand turnstile in exchange for a pound coin (or a pound's worth of small change) and admission to the ground.



I hope you people who stood in a queue for two hours for no reason whatsoever had fun though.

No same at the moment , cant wait to see my bank bill , my payments do not seem to have gone through on the bank or the other credit card I tried , forthe people who can see a payement on their account you may find that the money ahs been ring fenced but not taken ....so be vigilant

This is what I'm thinking, have you checked your account order details? I have got a statement on there for the tickets but have had no email or anything to confirm order. Think I'll take a trip to the shop hopefully this afternoon or tomorrow.

I would imagine that 99% of those people who queued up for 2 hours were getting tickets for all the stands apart from the West - and would definitely not be able to pay on the door come Friday for them!



I tend to agree though, I doubt it will be a sell out, but the West stand will be the only one not to sell out!

Most people will have been queuing for North ans east stand tickets tio secure their normal seats as they were still queuing into the shop when the ticket office windows opened for south stand tickets.



Any although its unlikley the stadium will sell out, there is a very good chance that the South stand may sell-out AGAIN.

I've have 1 confirmation email but have 3 orders.



I've rang to cancel the other two.

Mine have gone through now with Email from Club and order Number , if you had a big transaction what the banks/ but mostly Credit cards do is go and ring fence the money but not actually take it out until the order has been completed. What this will mean is for a current account (24 hours I think) and Credit card (31 days) you will not be able to access that money.

The club should be able to sort that but depends on the clearing company they use.
