Creditable though it is to donate the training gear to charity (and I suspect Richie Mathers isn't the only player, changing clubs or otherwise to do this), why not get all SL teams at the end of the season to donate a ruck of old training gear to Menzie Yere's Kits 2 Kids charity www.kits2kids.com/Home_Page.html ? |

Obviously I chuckled more that a little at your display on Sat but 'Bloody Hell Mathers' made the night for me 1st touch headbutting the floor bursting his nose and knocking on, then on his last touch.....welll doesn't need repeating!!!

| I've always had a soft spot for Richie since he was on loan with us in the Wilderspool days. Nice to see that we provided him with a platform to resurect his career, and wish him all the best. I never really thought that he's reached his full potential, ableit his enthusiasm for the game was laudable. 
However, I fail to see how him donating bags full of stuff that the club no doubt gave him FOC is really that impressive. |
