I thought Bentham was fine today. I've seen Giants sides do much more holding down than that (not least when they were coached by our current coach) , I didn't have a problem with them today. To be honest, we were too dominant in the ruck for them.

but according to you lot he wasnt complaining about our play - it was to do with how Thaler always ref's you lot badly !

Having watched Huddersfield teams at every level this weekend, all 3 of their teams hold down for unbelievable amounts of time.

Actually, he got that decision spot on, I think the discussion was around whether Hudds had made the first knock on. From lip reading, it looked like the ref said something like 'well done' to the in goal judge, as the linesman agreed with his call.

I thought he had a good game - didn't get a great deal of help from his Touch Judges though. I thought both teams had tries that should have been disallowed for forward passes.

I thought it was interesting that Bentham pinned Huddersfield first tackle for lying on - sort of set the tone for the rest of the game. All that whining people have been doing about the Giants is bound to have an effect, even if its only subconsciously.
