6 point try if score from within your own 40m. Incentiveise teams trying somthing different.
Strip down the overcomplicated rules no interpretations and enforce them persistently and consistanty
Make teams pack down with the forwards in the pack not in the defensive line again encourage that risk play or set move. There was once a but of excitement around that play from the scrum as the backs could find space or find a weak defender.
And my most controversial one would be All teams start on say say 50 points and the goal is to get to zero could be 80min could be 55min.

The rfl make too many rule changes, I'd rather just go back to the original rules apart from the scrum which is pointless in both codes. Just simplify it, but most importantly actually enforce them!

I've been advocating this for some time.
We are one of the worst culprits with quite often 3 water carriers coaching on the pitch.

I think we ought to follow RU by introducing line outs. It will add a bit of variety to the game and a bit of theatre. I mean, who doesn't like ballet ? All those big forwards getting launched 6 feet or more into the air........ perhaps KFP could get them to where green lycra as well ?
