Well suppose Charnley does play which winger is he replacing?

Charnley probably won’t play until up to RL fitness again which will hopefully be soon after a few games on dual reg. It’s good that we have more options in the backs now, as Charnley can and has played centre and full back for Wigan in the past. So I hope all our back line feel under pressure to keep their place - although to be fair to Brown and Lineham I don’t think they’ve really put a foot wrong so far...

I don't see the point in rushing Atkins back, so Atkins and G King to miss out for me.

I'd like to see it. We get tucked up into forwards are forwards, backs are backs but to be honest you want a few trundlers (props) a few clever lads (half backs & some hookers) real pace outside and then the rest with all sorts of different skills. Second Rows/Loose Forwards/Centres well they've sort of merged. Ratchford at loose forward ... why not?

i did say throw kev brown at loose lets av a ball playing loose forward..try something different when things are going t**s up..if we did this our backline would consist of mitch at fb lineham and josh on wings atkins and bryson in centres put steff at loose and it frees up a place on bench for a forward..simples

I would always worry on the defensive side of things having a lightweight 13, especially against larger packs. Attack-wise too, I prefer to have a bigger pack, especially as our backs are no where near posing a threat from enterprising passing and movement.

We need Longbarn to come on and post the team. He's never wrong

We'll be going big in the pack. So will be interest to see which approach works best if you put a back at 13.
