That would make Man United the greatest club with 11 wins, then Arsenal with 10 and Tottenham with 8. Sounds a fair hierachy to me.

It's a great competition, so great that clubs like Fulham or Portsmouth when they were in it, field weakened teams to "concentrate on the league". Rafa won't be doing that because he doesn't have exalted ambitions like those two clubs.

i would imagine he's playing pool in a pub somewhere in st helens drinking alcopops waiting for some old women to come in so he can throw them some nifty moves.

Im not bothered about the fact that Lpool are out of "europe" i'm far more fascinated with their decline in general.
