Gary made out like everything was all crystal clear before we had actually heard from the club and Tony Smith himself.
He got all aggressive with me so he cant complain when he gets it back.
His argument was fundamentally flawed by the lack of any direct quotes from smith or club officials. |

Gary with total respect I apologise for dissing the Gleeson interview but you know yourself if you were to do the same interview again now it would be completely diiferent. Thats all I meant really.
Also if you review what has been said in this thread you stated that Smith had been quoted as saying certain things and you referred me to an article that contained absolutely no quotes what so ever.
This is what got my back up but again i apologise for any offence caused. I respect your work and enjoy the interviews that you provide.
Lets draw a line and move on.
ps, dont be so defensive and chill out. You are an easy target on here cos of what you do proffessionally just turn the other cheek. Infact if I was you i would take all the flak as a compliment. If people didn't recognise you and your work they wouldn't be talking about you

| Tbh i'm not normally a big fan of Gary's interviews, I usually find them a bit tacky but I enjoyed that one. I felt Gleeson was very honest and didn't give the exact line we usually get fed for the most part.
Wished you'd have pushed him a bit harder over next year though
I think we're going to struggle to find another centre of Gleesons class as Lyon will be going back to Saints. |
