| I went to Salford's (awful) game last night and Myler was there having a pre match chat with Scott Moore, yards away from McRae (although, he's that fat these days, it felt like everyone in the ground was a few yards away from the rotund Australian). Doesn't look like this 'done deal' has soured relations. Or it may be that it isn't done at all.
As a side issue, by God I hope they get their stadium soon. I've been as a neutral to 3 Salford games over the last few years - the other 2 against Wigan and Hull KR. When there's a poor crowd in there, it really does show how tired the Willows is looking.

Why would it, business is business and deep down Mr McRea must know that a good young talent such as Myler needs to move away from Salford to further his career.

| How would moving from Salford to Warrington improve him,when we've got a history of ruining players.
Personally I dont want him here.Does nobody remember the Iestyn Harris saga?

So would working under the current England and a world class coach not improve him. Warringtons ruining of players happened in the Cullen era.
Warrington are a team on the up since Smiths arrival, Play off position and 80 mins away from Wembly. From Salford to Warrington is a big improvement.

Those days have gone and under TS he would be a revelation in a few years, if he wants to play for England in the future then were better to play than for the England coach, believe it or not that was the major factor in him signing and not the money as the Wigan fans seem to suggest.

Fine, but can you seriously argue that coming to us with a history of ruining players and having a side that hasnt won anything in decades is good for his career.

| Just a few points before I nip to the Marquis;
1/ The very same England coach that made an absolute balls of the world cup in Australia.His reputation is not yet earned imo and dont cite Leeds,he inherited the bulk of the squad,though I must admit,hes our best coach since Brian Johnson.
2/We sign Myler for £1million/season on a 3 season contract (exagerrated I know).This time next season,Leeds,Saints or an Aussie club comes in and offers him £2million/season on a 3 season contract. What do you think Myler will do? Exactly,or more to the point,what will Martin Offiah tell him to do.

1st of all the players were to blame for the world cup hence the reason TS didn't get the sack, TS has nothing to prove at club level and his reputation is second to none, the Warrington board have put all faith in TS and because of his reputation they will allow him to do what he wants and when he wants so TS will have no problems with the Warrington board.

Who are these player we 'ruined'? Could it be merely coincodence that our desolete finals appearances/silverware coincide with us flirting with bankruptucy?
The depth of ignorance shown by some is breathtaking.
