Latest I just heard is that we have knocked back the offer for p/x and want cash or nothing.
Should make it pretty difficult with salary cap for Wigan if true.
It is only another rumour though im afraid.

I would be happy selling Gleeson for cash, i wouldn't want Mathers as he certainly isn't an improvement on what we have now, We should not accept Golding either, if he cant get in the Wigan team what makes the Warrington board believe he can get in ours.
I would accept Pat Richards and that's about it.

If Tansey is good enough then Gleeson must be. As good as Oz is, not every side has world class players, and I think he could make it at a side like Canberra. Although IIRC, last year, didn't somebody quite high up at Melbourne say they were considering him? |

I was sceptical and have teased him a bit, but, to be fair, he has got some things spot on. He's guaranteed that Kevin Sinfield is joining pretty much so if that comes off you have to be impressed. |

I'm not in the least bit impressed. He's got a couple right, but I think most people have over the years. If Sinfield signs then I'll start to turn, but until then, he's just another fly in the night guesser who once asked Landerson for his autograph outside the stadium and then started to claim they were best buds. |
