Why are you saying all this? If you were true fans you would not boo them off, you would clap them off and not slag them off at the end of the game. I was clapping and cheering them off. Come on Wire!
Translation for eveyone!

| Can't be bothered reading 11 pages.
King was excellent, PJ was good, Morley was good, Bridge did a couple of nice things.
Monaghan aka 'Monagun' if you listened to GMR was painfully slow, slow handling, passing, running, kicking etc. Just, no good really.
Lots of daft errors, Warrington stylee. Clarke, Higham, Harrison, Westwood, you name it, they dropped it. Grix doesn't have the handling to play centre, he's in the side right now purely on the strength of being a solid defender, that's grating on me.
Both teams looked clueless, tired, Alker gave them a lift when he came on with about 15 mins left, Higham didn't for us. Not a game that'll last in the moemory very long, lots of one up stuff, poor conditions, proper 'arm wrestle', whoever came away with the win, was going to do it by just out boring the other side, we cracked first. I'd like to see the penalty again that got Salford upfield, if were stripping the ball with four minutes left, we really are thick, they were going nowhere at the time.
Boring game to talk about really, hopefully Monday will be more spectator friendly, we need to get some pace into the backline, we've got King & 3 forwards as our 2-5, we need to find a way to get Riley/Penny or both into the side as pose no threat from deep, and we need field position to score, you'd fancy your chances of beating us if you could keep us away from your 20m line.
Smith summed it all up on GMR, defence very good, offence lacking. Something to build on, no dramas. End of.

| I was discussing that with a chap walking out of the ground. If we had made a break, Hicks excepted, I couldn't see anybody going the length of the field.

| Great analysis, JWP. We are very slow at the moment. King, Grix, Anderson, Johnson! For heaven's sake.

That backline is really crying out for Penny isn't it.

King and Johnson were two of our best players, yet it was down to their hard work and kick chases rather than any play drawing them into the game.
Anybody who thinks that Monaghan is dragged down by Briers needs their head checking. Without Briers we were clueless with the ball. When Bridge went off the field we lost any slight creativity that we had.
Briers and Bridge need to be given a chance, and stop playing that joker at 7. People say Briers is inconsistent, but Monas has probably had about 5 or 6 good games in all the time he has been with us. He has no craft about him whatsoever.
Hicks also needs to be removed from FB. I'd have been happier with King there today, at least he returns the ball well and doesn;t just jog along.

| Have to agree. Standard was pretty poor from both teams.
£2.50 for a can of Carlsberg though? Cheaper than HJ and less of a que. Chap serving even said "enjoy" as if it were some niffty little cocktail. Bless!
