...... though I do enjoy ladies tennis, but that is another story for another thread.

Would be remiss of me not to mention my other likes - Morrissey & The Smiths (you might not be too suprised to hear that) but any music played by real people with real instruments in sweaty cramped venues, George Orwell, HG Wells, Audrey Hepburn, chocolate, tea no sugar, Carry On films & Jo Blythe.

Dislike .. Hull kr , leeds rhinos , liverpool, going to work , liver and kidney

totally agree with the music bit and carry on films and that weather lass shes fit

Yes, I think you are right. Until a group has had a number one, they can not really claim to be serious musicians as guys like John Dolce elegantly demonstrated. I don't know why people seem to be so stuck in the past as well, although Morrisey was something of an exception as he was a poet as well as a great singer.

Dislikes: Rags, turncoat Rags, Widnes, Stockport County, the British media, how rugby league isn't a huge sport and how inferior sports get more investment and coverage, how swearing and moaning at the refs/diving/lack of biff has become a feature of rugby league, unneeded stupidly loud blaring music at sporting events, GMP, how so many average buildings are allowed to be erected, being underappreciated at work, people who are too serious...
