don't know if you know the town centre but they have opened a new weatherspoons where yates' wine lodge used to be. Unless you want to be within crawling distance then it's lord rodney or the red lion nearer to the train station is the kings head and railway club

Heard they do some really good homemade food in there. A mate of mine said it's well worth checking out.
