If anyone gets locked up for an offense then I think contract termination may follow. Suspended sentences and the like may be looked upon differently.

That's you'd probably think over £200k of the cap freed up now, and players that wer supposedly here for a good while longer. Once you look at this created space plus the off contract players this year, Anderson x 2, Rau, Hicks etc, and one or two rumoured homseick folk, you realise that Smith will able to totally remould this squad and start 2010 very much as his team, had he arrived years gone by, this wouldn't have been the case.
