| It's just the league points system that's not working in our favour. A team should be awarded 2 points for a win and 3 points for, quote, "training well all week". That's what is really important, not results.
I'll set up my own league table and we'll be sitting comfortably at the top. Something to frame and put on the wall to look at next season before setting off for an away game at Swinton.

| ....and don't forget the 'fine margins' league table, we'll be top of that as well. Mr Smith may want to look at our points difference - doesn't tell a tale of fine margins but of a rubbish rugby league side.

If you also got a bonus point for those games "we are not far off it" we would be out of sight. ...

| Nope not forgotten that era. We were expectedly poor and there were some players capable of playing with a bit of flair and skill. We were rubbish alright but i don't think we ever dished up an attacking display as poor as that last night

| Also it's a bit unfair to name David Plange first when naming the coaching team from that year. Plange did his best working under an extremely unusual individual. He never pretended to be anything more than a bog-standard assistant learning his trade. We probably would have fared slightly better had he been in charge of tactics and recruitment.

| I think you will finish well inside the top eight ,but it's no joke in the middle eights , we got through it easily ,but if we didn't have Segiyaro I think it oils have been touch and go

| Quote rubber duckie="rubber duckie"I expect a reaction vs Salford.
Clark won't be playing, however I welcome the return of young Smith.

Wire will will run holes and lines right through them in the middle.
Yes it's hard to see this now because of the red mist...but we really aren't as bad as that score line.
For the first 3i5mins vs Leeds, we were arguably the better team. Just wasted the efforts on a poor short field game.'"

Salford are running under the radar all season but are right up there. Only reason they were in Middle 8's last year was due to the salary cap breach. But it was enough of a kick up backside to get them playing as good as they should.
