Oh right, I thought you was convincing yourself again that you'd already won it like some of your fans did on here a few weeks ago.
Good luck next week, Saints have lady luck on their side when they play at the HJ.

I guess it took time to sew 20 stitches!
God we were s h i t e! We had a great comeback chance in the second half - everyone always does with Wigan - but we couldn't even take it when given on a plate. 43% ball retention rate. Wow. That'll get us a Grand Final win!
Should be an interesting humiliation at the HJ next week. Either that or we will blow you apart. Somehow, though, I just can't see that happening!

| I have not seen much of Saints on TV this year but I was shocked at their body language. if there was a dropped ball they didn't even attempt to drop on it.The Saints players looked more concerned with questioning the ref whilst play is still ongoing rather than trying to get back in defence (check Eastmond in the build up for Tomkins Try). Clearly they have lost a bit of mental toughness and to be fair to them they do have a lot of players out. If I were them I would bring Eastmond on as Replacement hooker and keep Roby on the pitch as a loose forward against us. Roby must be knackered playing 80 mins of most games.

Eastmond is totally disinterested and just waiting to go to RU. Roby and Graham were both poor last night and I suspect that they were both carrying injuries. Wigan's excellent defence never gave Saints any good position and the Saints halfback were anonymous for the first 60 minutes.

That's the same body language we had at the outset of the season. I think I want our young guys back again because while we were having our injury crisis we looked like a team who cared. Our oldies return (bar in the halves - and that showed last night) and we put our feet up.

Always brought through great young players and is a rugby league hotbed. It's their new generation of fans that are annoying, the older ones know their rugby league and you can have a decent debate. The current chav/ultra wave are a bit deluded and thick and seem more intent on getting their dick wet through trolling or getting their bellies rubbed on cherry and white, rather than chatting about rugby league.'"
I am a Wigan fan and I totally agree with this. Many of times I've cringed at the comments and attitude of my fellow Wigan supports.
Fickle, ignorant and often can't see past the cherry and white tinted specs.
As a RL over 30 I've seen many ups and downs in our great sport, and have seen how important Wigan RL have been. Without us English RL wouldn't be the same.

think you'll find it was Ross Kemp for Sky (although he could see it was about to kick off so he got out of there fast)!

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10174.png |

| Where were all the Saints fans last night? Saw the tries on SSN and there seemed to be loads of empty seats, except in the away end.

Pretty much the same I suspect when you guys played them earlier. Only 5 minutes down the road and they can't sell out, embarrassing for such a big club.

Not really. KR had quite a good number of 'walk up' fans. They'll all return next year. Wigan fans have a short memory for things like this. The crowd for their play-off game at Widnes a couple of years ago wasn't much above 6000.

that was a playoff game though where crowds hardly ever sell well as previous records show. What was your attendance against Huddersfield last year? just over 8,000?

47035_1386433761.gif We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_47035.gif |

| There is alot of time to go in the season and whilst we where well of the pace last night, that has not been the case all season. We've been very variable, sometimes great other times awful, other times average.
Consistency has been our problem all season. But we are hardly a million points off Warrington and Huddersfield. Wigan I think have escaped Saints, but Wigan, Warrington and Huddersfield all have to play each other.
A win next week for Saints , puts us either a point behind Warrington or a point infront, depending on Warringtons result this weekend.
It's a long time before the season finishes and I'm not ready to give it up after a poor performance.
