Might as well love Boris Karloff. His disciplinary record is like a horror movie

| Another dumb bit of petulant behaviour is punished.
We’ve got winger that can’t play long enough without getting a ban and another winger that’s banned from getting the ball (albeit Charnley’s has admitted he’s not been himself recently).
Fingers crossed Inglis finally plays and Mamo moves to wing for a few games.

I agree to be honest, they look really good so far, it's early days but the Hull fans should be a lot more optimistic than us, we all know what sort a team we have now and I for one don't like it.'"
I'm sorry CW8 but I don't agree with your sentiments that you hope we get beat to speed up Price's departure.
I don't necessarily think that this will be the case and it wouldn't guarantee an upturn in our fortunes. He's going at the end of the season a successor has been lined up with a reputation for a different style of rugby league that's enough for now surely?
Why not have a season scenario where the team puts I'm some effort and wins giving the new man the best possible headache

No need to apologies UR, for what it's worth I don't think 1 result will speed up the departure earlier. I can only see this season being one long drawn out car crash, I know that's negative and I'm sorry about that but it's just the way I feel, it's as though the club have written this season off, I certainly have and I really don't like it. I don't look forward to the games at the minute, I will always watch but it's difficult to say the least.
I don't think the team will give the new man a headache with performances under the current regime, I think it has to change for that to happen. I've said before it's not personal against Steve Price and I think he is doing his best but it just isn't working and it's not going to either IMO.
I am really excited for next year, Powell would have been my choice and I think the club will benefit from his appointment but we are 2 league games and a cup tie in to this one!m, surely I should be able to look forward to the rest of this season too? It's the worst I've ever felt as a wire fan, I have no belief at all, when we were crap I looked forward to the days when we had a good day and caused an upset these days those results will just make it more depressing to think they can perform well all along but don't.
I'll try to be more positive now that's off my chest. Let's see if the team make it any easier this weekend.

| CW8 it's good to get stuff off your chest and I agree with plenty of what you say and I'm definitely not calling for blanket positivity.
I just like the idea of us winning games I find it difficult backing against us even in the prediction competition it somehow feels disloyal even when my head says the odds are stacked against us.

I am not doing great in the prediction competition, I backed us to win in round 1, we didn't, I backed us to lose in round 2 we didn't, I was hardlt goi g to back Swinton though last week. For league games I will continue to back us to lose in the prediction competition, it feels like I'm doing my bit for the cause.

| I’m taking Wire for the win, because if we don’t, Price won’t see out April in charge.
That simple.

| Let’s hope we see Josh Thewlis on the wing (albeit not his best position); would have a field day on that left edge!!!

He publicly took the peas out of the disciplinary panel by bragging how he can get off charges by defending himself and how he can do it again.

Just have to be patient.
Reality us that you can't just get rid of staff, players etc. and go out and buy someone else in just like that. Contracts, money, employment law and decency get in the way. I don't think, for one second, that the club has written the season off. Don't wish your life away.

| If he wasn't fit enough to make a cameo appearance against Swinton then I can't see GI being ready to play against Hull a week later. That would mean Mamo staying at Centre and either Ashton, if he passes his HIA tests, or Thewliss taking Lineham's spot on the wing. Presumably Widopp, Cooper and Hughes are all back so then it's a question as to whether Davis can displace someone, probably Walker, in order to get a bench spot.
For all Ashton's potential and pace it still means disruption to our, to date, single attacking edge.
We all know that we've got a Footy team here, let's hope that they've gone really well in training this week because that's what matters.
