However Auntie Rico's sister has just returned from the same resort via Milan airport and she has been advised by work to self quarantine and her kids got the same from their school.

So although at the moment there is a binary choice, as it's not on the FO's hit list, it's not a simple 'should I stay or should go now' decision based on a rational/irrational fear of catching a 'heavy flu' or a reliance upon the power of Dettol.
