I'm afraid not. As the Duck has alluded, Punch in this case is 'Mr Punch' and therefore, being a proper noun, should have a capital P. You've written it as the verb 'to punch' .

| "I love being here. I've played my whole career here so it's something I didn't want to let go of," he said.
"I'm made up to have signed for another two years. The hope of silverware was a big reason for staying."
Really Declan, shouldn't you just be pleased to be playing in Sooper League with Warrington...silverware ?
When you played for Rochdale Hornets at Leigh in April, you were totally anonymous.
Silverware was a reason for staying...ha ha ha

Quote: karetaker "Yeh and I get peeved with people constantly putting an E on the end of Daryl Clark’s name but the same people keep doing that.'"
Guilty as charged. Although in my defence it is probably more acceptable to adopt the incorrect alternative spelling of Clark than it is to continuously fail to conjugate a simple English verb correctly.

I think spelling colloquially or in you own dialect is perfectly fine. Scottish spell as they speak for example they would write "am goin tae the shop" rather than "I am going to the shop".

Quite correct, it should read "Technically has he won the LLS with us he already as silverware".

I fnid you can jsut aoubt tpye anhynitg and be udnersotod. But it's not very pleasing to the reader. In most cases it is down to medical condition, poor education or laziness.
I do not understand why one would argue the point to support incorrect grammar and spelling rather than learn the correct way.
It all started to deteriorate with Star Trek's "to boldly go" - split infinitive. "to go boldly".

Back to Patton, I'm glad he's signed but hope it's in his current role with an opportunity to stake a claim for HB rather than being promised it

That’s the way I’ve interpreted Price’s comments. I have a feeling that Price has a better way of dealing with these situations than Smith. Same result, but the player is left with aspirations not feeling rebuked. Just a different leadership style.
