| I've heard a whisper he's already penned a 2 year deal at Wire.

On reflection don't you think that your response of
"Small not particularly fast can't defend much. ....
Looks like Rochdale will have a good un half way through the season. ..."
Was a just a bit cruel. Hence my response.
re. your playing ability
It's just that normally when blokes have played a bit they tend to be a bit more tolerant of others.
Players tend not to slate each other so easily. So I assumed you'd never stepped onto a pitch.
Happy days eh!'"
I played ok. Represented the town at amateur level other than that did ok. .. had reasonable pace was a decent defender but lacked size. Was tough but never dirty never sent off but sin binned loads especially at hooker where I was a particularly obnoxious gob played every position bar prop forward.
All that makes my opinions no more valid than anyone else's though.

I've had premier sports for about three years on the bounce and that means I've seen every league game. So I probably seen more of Naiqama than some of our own players. .... which is why I would have preferred Jorge Taufua. ....
But crack on making assumptions....

| Well "Biscuit" we all make assumptions on bits of info. on here. The facts you give about your rugby career make me think you are a really hard lad and the fact that you say you were gobby probably means you were very very gobby. The picture of Les Boyd etc. gives a clue of your age. etc etc
If I told you I lived near Cambridge ... you'd think I'm posh and wear a cravat. If I told you I got sent off twice (in the same season) you'd think a bit differently (in fact I'm a wimp). I was in the corner where Brian Bevan scored his last try v. Leigh and that tells you a fair bit.
Wouldn't it be fun to meet the regulars who use this forum ... I bet we'd get on great ... don't worry it won't happen. You could walk in with a hat with "Flying Biscuit" on it. Then someone would walk in with "Fantastic Mr Cat" on a label on his forehead. Oh that's "Rubber Duckie!" ... never thought he'd be a vicar. Who is that in the frock? Oh it's the "Offload".

i played hooker for 10 years, represented the town for 4 of them and lancashire.... However i was very dirty. Knees into the tackle, late shots on the ground.. and my particular favorite, dropping the arm off the prop going into the scrum and using it to punch the opposition hooker after we had packed down... i never gobbed off though.. i just kept my mouth shut and got on with business... of course this style of play gets you a reputation over time and i was always a marked man... looked in the mirror one monday morning when i was about 20, with 2 black eyes and a lip with a few stitches in, and thought that my dashing good lucks might be effected if i carried on.. also my knee was shot to pieces and my shoulder had dislocated twice.. so walked away from the game... best decision i ever made.

| There's a video on You Tube of his tries - great finisher - strong but only same height as Russell. He has got pace but again similar to Russell in that he would get caught in a clean break situation. He seems to have played most of his career on the wing but this season for Wests has played right centre. He has also played full back for Fiji.Highly rated by press and fans but there are real doubts about his defence according to Wests fans forum.

| He's definitely a Tony Smith player.
Reasonable in all areas. Great in none.

| Well here's my opinion.
I've never seen him play, ever.
But I can't bear the thought of starting the season with Atkins and Evans at centre.
So I hope to god that we do sign him, he can't be any worse.

| Wow i've just watch 3 highlight videos of him on Youtube and i don't know who said it but they're right, he's not that fast at all. Centres out pacing him second rowers catching up to him when he makes a break, and 99% of his tries are simply him him being out wide with nobody marking him and him running 10 metres in a straight line and falling over the line. We already have that in Tom Lineham, fingers crossed this is just a rumour and we actually sign Jorge Taufua a lot faster, a lot stronger and more explosive.

| He's better than Henry Fa'afili, and that guy couldn't stop scoring.
