From what I can see, nearly a season on, he has really gelled with some of the wire lads and joins in with the try celebrations. Time will tell but still early days for Daryl. I certainly don't think TS will even contemplate letting him go just yet?'"
Didn't he just move over here as well? Doesn't seem like the actions of someone who doesn't want to move?

Now trying to cast my mind back to when there were any "try celebrations"...

| I rate Clark and would like to see him at Leeds and he would be a fine solution to problem we have since Aiton announced his departure. But the only way Wire will let Clark go is if they have a nailed on quality replacement. [sizeIF[/size Farrah is willing to give up State of Origin footy and up root to the UK, then I'm sure Wire would be interested and have the money to bring him over. BUT the fact that it could make sense all round at this end doesn't mean it will happen lots of ifs need to align for this to happen. Fingers crossed but I won't be holding my breath.

| I saw this on twitter a few days ago, saying Leeds had enquired about Clarke, it also mentioned Warrington releasing 4 players - Monaghan, Ben Evans, Grix and O'Brien.
Also said we are trying to sign Ukuma Ta'ai from fartown.

I think it's best to take this with a pinch of salt if it is not an official club announcement.

What a load of rubbish. Similar to the picture of the squad looking sad with the fitness guy. You can't judge something from a picture or interview last year. There may well be something in this Clark story as there's no smoke without fire as the saying goes, but until I see it on something more official and reliable than tw*tter I'll be treating this as a humongous pile of bullpoop.

| Not sure it would be a big loss for Warrington. Had he equaled his form for Castleford (although you really should be expecting an IMPROVEMENT on that) then it's a different question.
But aside from flashes of brilliance I think he's been a big letdown. Which begs the question - why?
It could be that he's found it difficult to fit into an entirely different pattern of play. This is quite possible. Paul Sculthorpe took the best part of two years to equal his best in a Warrington shirt at Saints - largely because he was suddenly playing alongside better players who certainly weren't going to roll over for him.
But I also wonder whether Clark's heart ever truly belonged to Warrington. Or perhaps he's just one more in a long-line of Castleford "Big Time Charlies" who've fallen apart after leaving (see Danny Orr etc.)
I guess what I'm saying is that if he's a "Scully" then it would be a big loss. But if he's a Danny Orr then I'm not sure it would be such a bad thing.

| It would be stupid to let him go when he's finally starting to find his feet. Getting farrah in for him wouldn't be great as Daryl has years ahead of him and still has a lot to develop, where farrah has about 2 maybe 3 years left. Seems really stupid but weirder things have happened. I hope we do sign Akuma and keep Ben Evans as well and I'd be quite happy with our squad for next year.

| Although not hitting the heights of last season does anyone else think he's actually been pretty good this season despite playing in an underperforming side?

| I thought he's been crap for 80% of the season to be honest! his game suddenly improved when Dwyer came back and shown him up big style. It can take players quite awhile to settle in though and he might just be finally starting to feel comfortable here. He has made a marked improvement but one guy can only do so much when a whole team is not playing well.

According to phil clarkes stats he did on him couple of months ago Daryl has had a good season with us. He compared his previous seasons with 2014 being an exceptional year as we all know and want him to repeat. Maybe he will but he will need the right players around him.

He will be dynamite playing off Cuthbo and that big Leeds pack next year. With the Leeds back 3 he will be devastating out of dummy half. His pace in the quickest team in SL will be special.
