Last year was a strange season. We lost a lot of games but competed almost every week, as shown by a big positive points difference. With someone to give us a bit of direction we would have won a lot more of those tight games and probably finished safely in the 8, Pryce and Sneyd should do that. I also think Radford was out of his depth at first but has slowly been finding his feet. Our starting 13 is very strong and comparable to just about anyone. After that we are relying on youngsters a lot. We have some very good youngsters, but there's always a question mark over how well they will make the transition to first team.
If we stay reasonably healthy we will make the 8 for sure, and could push into the top 6, but there's a long way to go.
Friday should be a good game anyway. Top of the table clash.
