I sympathise with those who can't make it, as a Wire fan I want as many fans as possible to be in the stadium supporting the team.
I certainly don't enjoy seeing how much it p#sses people off.'"
Have you ever tried using public transport in Warrington on a Sunday?
I'm not really sure what someone could be doing on a dull Saturday in February which can't be rearranged with three months notice. I say that to as someone who spent three years making a 200 odd mile round trip on the train to watch Wire every week for three years.

| Taking a Saturday off to me is like most people taking a week of work to without pay.

Why do you enjoy it Pal?
I work shifts and get my shifts 12 months in advance, so as soon as the fixtures come out in November I have to plan my leave at work to watch as many games as I can. I work every other weekend & I'm working the weekend of the Salford game but managed to get the Sunday afternoon off by swapping a shift with someone else. I now have to go back to them ask if I can cancel the Sunday & ask if they will work the Saturday afternoon instead.
I love watching the Wire & move heaven and earth with my shifts to be able to go to as many games as possible.

| We all have different circumstances and not everyone can make games when they are switched its night games for us, we struggle with having to travel over an hour sometimes even longer depending on the traffic. So this year I'm afraid no season tickets gutted but will only be doing non-televised games. Does seem strange when the fixtures have only been out a few weeks and changes already, as usual they will do what they want. Surely this should have been sorted before fixtures were released

| "RFL rules stipulate that players require a 5 day turnaround between games where possible, therefore pushing our season opener one day forward to the Saturday".
Presumably this rule was already in place when the fixtures were decided - how can this have been overlooked? And how can they ignore this for the Easter fixtures if it's such an issue?
Personally doesn't affect me, and I prefer Saturday games (as rare as they are) as they I think they feel like more of an occasion. If you're missing the opener....unlucky.

| I go regardless to when the game is scheduled but would like the fixtures to be as consistent as possible, as said earlier this game has been missed with regards to the welfare point, Easter also ignored as has our Sunday home Wakefield game prior to our away fixture at Wigan the following Thursday.
Had the fixture been arranged for Friday no change would have been required, I prefer Sunday games but perhaps a move to Fridays although not ideal would cause fewer changes, less disruption could help the long term planners.

| As long as there's plenty of notice for changes, it's all good for me. Friday Saturday or Sunday. I'm in work too late on Thursdays to make a game but at weekend, with plenty of notice, I'm happy with any day.
This is more than enough notice.

| Mersey derby that weekend which could easily be the Saturday, Sunday or Monday night and I don't know my shifts at work yet so I could easily be working the Saturday, Sunday or neither.
Basically I'll go the Wires match if I can. I'm no more or less likely to be able to attend due to this change so not bothered either way.

| No matter what day the game is played someone is always going to be disappointed. Just accept it and stop moaning. Some people like Sunday afternoons, I can't stand them. Doesn't stop me going though. Like many have said. You have three months to sort it out, if you can't. Tough toenails, thems da brakes. Unlucky G, one of dem tings. Stop crying about it.
