At the moment Morley, Solomona and Wood, probably Grix too. Why no Harrison?

| Everything he's gave to this sport and the way he has put his body on the line time after time for someone to say "I hope he hangs up his boots this year" is disrespectful. He will finish on his own terms, this year or next. Hopefully it ends with him lifting a trophy at old Trafford.

Wood.
Harrison has been in fine form since his return from injury

| Although Colin is a ing moron, he has every right to be riding on Morely. You can claim that he is only 2 games back from injury and that alst year he was out for a little while with blindness, but he stopped being the scary and effective forward legend of the Roosters after he cleaned Hansen's bell in March of 2010 (I think).
I like Morely and would have him in the squad occasionally (for leadership and for his service) but he Hill has out played him this year and Wood and Carvs made him look like an under 20s last year. The question that needs to be raised is 'is he worth the money?'
Morely, even since his neutering, demands a top dollar dollar bill and the question may well be raised that we either offering him big bucks and/or a contract that is too long, i norder to keep him, or he buggers off somewhere else (to Hull or Wigan - clubs famous for buying ty forwards of late). I know where I'd rather have him, and it isn't in the P+B.

I watched the game back this morning and did you see Peacock in the warm-up? He could barely move, he looked like an old man at a kids disco.
He's been bullied for 160 minutes of rugby in the last week. Non-stop, flat-out bullied from the first kick to last in two straight games. And he's England captain?! AWFUL!

I'd go along with this, even though the OP was a bit blunt, there is a valid point. Take away who the man is and what he's done and look at his form over the last 12 months, He works hard but how often have you seen him making the yards, bumping players off, dominating them in the tackle? every great player becomes ineffective at some point, just the way it is.

In Smith we trust:Black Backgrounds/Animal.gif |

| Having spoken to Adrian, he is only a few games back from injury and is still to be fully match fit. Week by week he is getting stronger. Keep the faith.

| Our fans really do suffer from going from one extreme to another. Morley played well, yes he's declining but he's nowhere near as bad as what some people seem to want him to be -- people are still expecting Morley in his pomp. He's a different player now, he still gives us good performances and if he hangs up his boots, good for Moz, if he doesn't and Smith deems him good enough to stay, then I'll be happy with that.

| I seem to recall a similar thread about Carvell and he is now bang in form.
Rumours of his demise might be premature.

| Wasn't there threads like this in 2007 after he got his cheekbone smashed, came back and had his cheekbone smashed again on his comeback. He was injury prone and past his best and everyone laughed at us for tying him on to a four year deal.

After the Saints game there were people shouting that Carvell and Wood were both finished. Gaz Carvell is now bang in form and woody really put his hand up in the Catalans Cup match. I'd reserve judgement for now. He certainly wasn't poor last night.

| Maybe I was a little too blunt and some on here missed my point.
I like Adrian and he has been an outstanding player not only for us but all of his previous clubs. Unfortunately though father time is catching up with him and he is no longer the 'enforcer' he once was and the big hits have disappeared.
I dont want Adrian to be remembered for some 'un morley' like performances as he reaches the end of his career and would prefer him to retire gracefully and still in one piece healthwise.
There is no doubt that he could pro long his career either with us or elsewhere if he wanted too but as someone else on here mentioned... is he value for money?
For a club like us I think not, unless he was to take a significant pay cut. For a club like salford he maybe worth the money just to attract a crowd.
Im afraid Adrian is not the player he was 2-4 years ago just the same as Peacock at Leeds. Age gets to us all.
Thats all.

To be fair it use to be that idiot Cullens Pants who started those.
