Before Widnes sign any more halfbacks they need to sign an entire pack of forwards, plus a couple more for the bench. The current lot are ALL seriously sub-standard and any self respecting halfback would not want to play behind them.

best laugh ive had in ages..marvellous what a monday session does for ones brain....so far weve signed bateman and some aussie 2nd rower/prop..if briers was kidnapped and forced to play for widnes then who could we afford and also be good enough to play scrum half...no one springs to mind

Keep it coming this is comedy gold It's a shame every Wigan supporter and super league player thinks the complete opposite he only went and won Super League Players' Player of the Year in 2007. But as you say he's a Wigan player so automatic negative view must be expressed. |

They really did, didn't they? It always makes me laugh when I hear Wigan creating this mythology about Barrett, he was extremely limited compared even to Finch (although his face was far less rodenty). |
