| I made a similar agreement with the Mrs in order for her to agree to us having Sky Sports. I cannot go to any away game if it is televised*. If football clashes with Eastenders, Casualty, Holby City or Waterloo Road then I have to record it and watch it later**.
[size* I negotiated exemptions for Cup games, Saints, Wigan, Widnes, and the Magic Weekend.
** Since getting a Tivo box we now have the old V+ box in the kitchen so I have to watch the footy out there which is much better as I sit by the fridge ![]() |

Happy with the venue.
Time is a bit of an issue for me - meant to be off to the Manchester Apollo that night for a concert, but from what I hear getting away from the Stadium requires a high amount of patience. Tickets may have to end up on E-Bay.

I only demand the tv in studio 1 when the Wire are on if playing away and I'm not going. Got to be fair to the mother of my children. Plus that way at least I can watch the tv in peace in the conservatory.

Happy about this, wouldn't have been able to go Salford away because it clashes with the Stone Roses. Let's me visit the new stadium about a year before I thought I'd be able to.

anybody know the official capacity of salfords stadium , ive heard 12k will this be big enough , remember the last semi we took over 10k to widnes , can imagine there will be a big demand for tickets again

Having been to salfords new ground its not much cop. 1 good stand and then 3 small sheds. lacks atmosphere and looks to have been built major on the cheap.
