Just got back from the game. Obrien for me was outstanding. The players they had missing are better than the ones we had missing howver you can only beat what's in front of you. Deserves them right

What lesson did Widnes teach Wigan today?

I would have thought the more relevant lesson for Wigan was the way they ran out of steam at the end of last season and were done when the playoffs came round, they need to rotate their squad and keep players fresh for the business end of the season.

You can't really blame Shaun Wane for today's embarrassment. He's still learning his trade and today will be a very valuable lesson for him. If anybody's to blame then the finger should be pointed at Ian Lenagan for appointing a novice as coach of the biggest club in rugby.
