| Atkins for me.
To be honest, it was a tough decision, as each player brings something different to the party.
Atkins 2010 was good. Atkins 2011 was outstanding. Atkins 2012 onwards can only improve. Also, with King going, Atkins' centre play will be even more important.
Made up with Grix also. Tremendous workhorse.
Myler getting better with age, Blythe's utility improving, and Williams' electric wing pace. Tough to decide who's more important!

| Quote: matt king's cat "I've gone for Myler but they all deserve their new contracts imo. Despite Richie not being included in the 4 nations squad he's had a fantastic season. If he can add a little better distribution to his game I can see him being our 7 for next ten years.
No new contracts for Mitchell and McCarthy. Wouldn't be suprised if they both pull on a Demics shirt next year.'"
Yeah you would of thought they been in the list of players signing today if they were staying.
I think all are good if I had to pick it would be Grix as he didn't have much left also Williams getting an extra year is a good idea Smith defo see's something in him and I agree.
Still think we have one more new signing coming in.

| I would think this is last chance saloon for Williams, went for Grix, utility value and underrated.

I think he's become one of the most rated underrated players in super league by us lot
It's nice to know that our fans appreciate the game and contributions as a whole rather than the headline making try scorers.

I understand you know more about me on this Walter but i'm looking at what he does on the pitch more as what he does on the training ground, i haven't yet seen him have a good game, i've seen him look disinterested, i've seen him labouring about and not showing anything like the form we have been told he is capable of9granted not every game), at the end of the day of all the guys we've had on the wing and i include Rhys Evans and Riley, heck even Kev Penny he's looked the least effective and sadly the least interested, i'm not going to say get him out in fact i hope 2012 is the year he proves a lot (not just me) wrong but i haven't seen anything in him in which i would pick him over either Riley or Evans.

| They are all important to the development and stability of the club, the one I'm most pleased about is Grix. Who is slowly becoming a key member of the squad, as this year has been his best so far.

I genuinely can't see the potential with him.

| imo Ryan Shaw has the ability to be better than any of Rhys Evans, Williams and Chris Riley. Quick, good hands, great step and a very strong tackler. Looking forward to seeing him in SL.

Agreed with Grix. One thing that has impressed me a lot about Grix - and Chris Bridge - is that both these guys were very highly hyped when they signed for us, and then for various reasons (Grix through injury, and Bridge through not really being a natural playmaker at stand-off) they went through about 3 years of being a player that had never delivered on that potential, which usually spells curtains for a player and they could have easily disappeared into being palmed off to Salford, Wakefield, Leigh etc.
Credit to the club for sticking with them and for the players for sticking it out because both of them ended up delivering on the early expectations.
Also if it had been down to me I'd have binned them off a few years ago, I thought Grix was just an injury crock that would never be fit and I thought Bridge was overrated, but on both cases I changed my tune and came to regard both of them as top players!

| Out of these I voted for Myler, I think he's superb, he could be a player that makes the same sort of impact as McGuire or Burrow over the next few years, I think he's a terrific weapon in a good side.
Remember a few months ago there were people on here saying we might lose him to Widnes now they are in Super League as they would be "whispering in his ear" LOL.

I think he's been resigned for value, probably won't be on that much and good cover for the wing if an injury crisis hits. Quite a way down the pecking order I'd guess.
