Excellent, does this mean Higham is the new favoured scape goat? Ok he can be good for one knock on a game (through trying to get up too quickly), but I don't really see that he's such a poor player as people's comments on here would indicate

Not the greatest to pull on the P&B jersey, but never gave anything but 100%, whenever he played
A good passer of a ball (i.e. to hands, not ankles/over the head), never shirked work, and ALWAYS backed up play - where he got most of his tries from.

Just a pity, some of the more blinkered speccies couldn't see this.

Has it really been four years since he got that contract? By heck, time's flew.

I'll be sad to see Jon go, hope he gets a good reception when he comes back, even if he is playing for the enemy.

Great servant to the club. Always liked Clarkey. He's put in some huge performances over the years and was excellent in the CC Final last season. Cheers fella!

Good luck to him, never gave less than 100% and his versatility helped us out massively in previous seasons. Would rather he stayed than Higham.

Best of luck JC, 10 years of graft and loyalty to the P&B. Hopefully your last game will be one of the greatest occasions for the club for many years.

Good luck Jon, I'm sure he will do very well at Widnes and help them in their development and transition in the next few years to SL. Also a tough competitor who gave 100% every week for us, committed and a hard work-man like style. Given our improvements the time is right for him to move on, as he has been in and out of the side recently. He's been here through the good times and bad, to survive for 10 years at the club he has done very well and he played some key roles especially during the Cullen era and before that. Thanks Jon, I shall miss your Curly Mop of hair also.
