| Myler was very good in defence, some games you have to do the tough things rather than be the superstar

| Myler played first receiver quite a lot. The game plan was to move around the big Catalan pack and tire them out in the heat. So for the majority you saw Myler drifting and shipping the ball behind to Briers. I thought he had a good game albeit a relatively quiet one. As someone else alluded to, solid in defence and had to do a lot of work.

it's a fookin shame the announcement in english was so poor that no one knew what was going on until it sort of dawned on a few of us that the home fans were a bit quite!
let the club down you tic!

It wasn't clear at all that there was going to be a minute's silence to be honest. I don't think that the noise was intentional just most people hadn't realised what was happening.
Briers was superb and probably the difference between the two sides. I thought Myler had a pretty good game.

can't think of anything clearer than 8500 french fans standing in silence....
good solid performance and a deserved victory from the Wires but Briers was outstanding IMO and won you the game - ironic it was Menzies whose error changed the course of the game

Should be a breeze that after all we have just gone and won our last eight Super League games.
So to win just five should be a walk in the park

We are always respectful of any minutes silence, as others have said we werent aware of it for quite a while. I only heard the loudspeaker in English, once during the game and that was the lucky number draw, everything was in french and catalan.
There was also silence for the last 5 mins from the french fans as most of them had walked out !

| I saw him telling the players you play in blue I'm usually shouting that at Latics games when we give the ball away.
I take it at that point you were throwing a few poor passes??

Were the players not stood in a line on halfway as well?

of course, some started leaving when Briers intercepted with four minutes to go when it was all over
best team won despite their usual complaints about the reffing etc
FYI - many things were repeated in english throughout but the guy that does the talking is incomprehensable with a terrible english accent so you would never be able to make out what he was saying anyway !

The problem with the minutes silence was that the fans didn't know it was happening. In England the teams come out and line up and the silence starts with the referees whistle, so it's obvious what is going on - on Saturday that didn't happen, it was just part of the pre-match announcements. There were lots of those and it was very noisy in the 'barmy army'. In fairness to them, when people around them realised what was hapening and told them to shush then they did - by then though there were only about 10 secs left.

I was there and did not know about the minutes silence, otherwise i would of shown respect, Warrington fans simply did not know it was happening till it was to late.

But noticing that the Catalan fans had gone quiet was what made us all be quiet, problem was by then it was a bit late....
Sad for Menzies as he looked a real threat all the way through the game.
