| So Fran Cotton should really have been a League player considering that his father and brother both played for Wire. Just learnt something.

Fran Cotton's assessment of the All Blacks' haka: "Look at the big poofs dancing"...

Rogues actually believes that someone could think that Lee Penny (White lad with blonde hair) and Kevin Penny (Black lad with dark hair) could be father and son.
They don't half breed em in Wigan.

| Back in the '50's we had a second row Jack Arkwright playing for us, when I say playing he didn't spend a lot of time on the field! My dad used to tell me that Jack's dad aka Big Jack was similar but worse!
Talking of Fran Cotton see if you can spot him on this photo of Newton GS 1st team in 1965! (easy)

| Rogues has been talking sh*t for a while to be fair. I remember him saying that Myler had a choice of us and Wigan and was still mulling it over a day before he signed for us. When it had been pretty much common knowledge for the past few months. Still waiting for his 2009 bookmarks.

I don't think people should be taking the micky out of the mentally handicapped to be honest, its an illness so i think people need to be a bit more understanding towards Rogues. He probably just needs the strength of his medication increasing.
Rogues, i'll admit i got it wrong when i thought Lee Penny and Kevin Penny were related, a lot of others would have thought the same though as they both played for Wire and both have the same surname.
Again appologies, i was wrong and you were right. I should have done my research better.

Rob your mental state maybe a concern, but not to me. As for appologies I'll accept them, whatever they are. I understand that English may not be your first language.

Rob,
Whilst you're obviously a good bloke, offering an apology and all that, Rogues lived through the blitz and/or the plague. When you take that into account, I don't think there's much we can say on here that can harm him.
This is one tough cookie.

| Rogues has obviously been through a lot, you forgot to mention his camping trip to South Africa that turned into a bit of a nightamre.
I can't imagine how Rogues must have felt when one minute he was cooking some sausages on the camp fire then the next he was surrounded by 3,000 zulus. How lucky can you get though, he had his Wigan shirt on. The one thing about a Wigan is they are famous all around the world like their fans keep telling us, even the starving zulus who had been on the march for several days in search of food knew who he supported and where he was from, fortunatley for Rogues they were never going to harm someone that was far worse off than themselves.
They just p1ssed themselves laughing and left.
