| I'm proud of the effort that got us back into the game during that 15 - 20 min spell but apart from that its something i'd quickly want to forget, poor defence, unforced errors and some shocking individual performances, fans know the players so it aint worth going into names .... A lot of it reminded me of days gone by under Paul Cullen especially the final scoreline.

I acknowledge the best team won and can deal with it, just curious why you are "more than happy?" Me, I'm gutted.

A certain 2nd rower missed an easy tackle in the first half leading to a try and spunked the ball in a promising position on the 1st in the second half when we were on a roll. Having said that I wish Anderson all the best in France. He wasn't the reason we lost, just part of it.

Anderson is what he is, isn't he. I think I totally know where you're at with him. He stood out like a sore thumb for me yesterday. When you want a bully, he's great. When you're looking in the first twenty (not yesterday) to rough-house a team, no probs. But, when like yesterday you're chasing a game you need a bit of class & guile, and whilst he may be missing a little bit of condition but Solomona showed exactly what that is, with just little touches. He gets injured, you're back to Louis and whilst as a straight line runner he's okay, you've last that class, you've lost a pair of hands and he just can't do it, when he does it goes wrong.
He'll be good for Catalans, tehy'll add a bully. Us, and how we play, we want a bit of class out wide, we want a centre playing in the backrow really (not really, but skill wise) and I think Waterhouse fits the bill.

| I said in the week that the more error prone side would be punished and we were the ones.
I was proud of the comeback as it was nice to see we didn't chuck the towel in and if Hodgson had brought his usual game, we may well have been 24-22 up rather than 20-22. A few of their try's came off the back of unforced errors - the hodgson KO (or not), the Blythe not playing to the whistle Charnley break, and lastly the O'loughlin try at the end. They added 18 points to the score which I am not sure reflects quite the effort we put in, but that's today's Wigan, under their current coach they take nearly all their chances regardless of how the come about.
Wigan deserved it, and I'm gutted, but I'm also looking forward to a response for the rest of the year.

| to go 24 points behind and pull it back within 2, to me shows the spirit within the side. Wigan were at full strength, our Captain was out along with Harrison, 2 big forwards that make a lot of impact on the pitch. Also Briers who would have kicked them round the pitch. Take them 3 out of our side, we will struggle against the top teams

| First 20 Minutes we were terrible. We should of scored first when we were on there line. Our defence leading to there first try was woeful, Myler coming out of the line and Leaulai spotting the gap. Give Sam Tomkins space and he will punish you. Stupid errors and silly penalties allowing Wigan time and space to score. Having no Briers, Morley are 2 best players maybe a different game. No excuses we were terrible. But we did try even if we did drop the ball or made stupid decisions. But we will bounce back. Hopefully that will be a kick up the backside for the rest of the season.

| Numerous individual errors from virtually every player on the pitch (dropped balls, poor defensive reads, lack of concentration etc etc) led to collective defeat. Unfortunately they all seemed to come in the one game.
Never seen Westwood have such a poor game, he completely lost his head at one point which also led to another conceded try.

| The effort was there, we were just well and truely beaten by the better team on the day.
Wigan started how we've started through most of the season. They came out the blocks firing, the forwards made good yards, Leuleui was awesome from dummy half. We didn't expect that and that's what killed us.
Monaghan, King & Solomona before he was taken off were our best players, three standout players just isn't enough to beat Wigan, as I said too many players below par and also our lack of composure and execution in certain areas were poor compared to Wigan's. Take the Monaghan kick for King on the second tackle - nice idea but not well executed.

| In previous years we would not of had the sprit to come back from 22-0 down and could of been embarrasing. We conceded far too many soft tries yesterday through poor reads, not contesting the ball etc. On a positive i thought Cooper stood up well.

| You had 3 sets on the wigan line in the first 4 mins, against any other team that was 6 points. Your players didnt have the mental toughness when we held you out and then went down the other end of the pitch and scored.
All the easy wins you have had this season did you no favours at the weekend.
You had no answer to being held out and then having to defend and the mental effect of this was huge. Before you know it you had panicked and were 22 points down
