He sure is. Looked a bit glum on Boots n all when filmed last Sunday at the LSV. Mr O'Connor didn't look that happy either.

| Who to go out then ?
I think Wakey have more to offer than Crusaders but the RFL will never admit they were wrong to let them straight into SL ala Quimms so unfortunately I think it will be Wakefield to go !

| I feel a little bit sorry for Wakefield - the current club that is. I'd have been quite happy for the old club to go but the new guy Glover seems like a breath of fresh air for them and they are a club with good potential. But they don't have the facilities currently, so perhaps they ought to follow Widnes example - take the blow (that looks likely to hit them come July) on the chin and work hard for 3 years at being ready to return next time round.

Agree with your point about Andrew Glover. Unfortunately for Wakey I think its probably too late to save them from the drop. For me Crusaders bring less to SL but Red Hall have other agendas as we all know.

Yeah, me too, and for John Kear. I wonder if he regrets turning down the Catalans job now, he must have had his reasons.
I'd like to see Halifax come back, I miss trips to The Shay that said, I'm not sure at the expense of who really, I think all the teams in the competition right now add something to it in different ways.

I thought it was Catalans not willing to pay a release fee to Wakey that was the stumbling block.

| I don't think Superleague could have put up with the massive dummy spit that would have resulted from them being denied.
Cue the whispering in Myler's ear.

| Oh good, another poor advert for Superleague.
Promoting a team that lost at home to Hunslet and were hammered at Leigh in the last 2 weeks. What exactly will they bring to superleague that last season's Featherstone team could'nt?
Just bring back promotion and relagation, and lets stop shooting ourselves in the foot.

I wish I could argue with you about that but the way you lot are playing at the moment we'll be lucky to get up to speed during the first season.
Still be fun though.

| Come on Live Wired, surely you can see the benefit of having Weirdness back in the big time. They have met a criteria which is fit and proper for Superleague. £1m turnover, 2500 avg crowds, recent finals etc. They also have a fit for purpose stadia, and a good youth set up.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Feverstone cannot offer any of those (other than getting to one final).

Plus anyone who names their stadium after that fat pillock doesn't deserve a franchise.
