Judging panel obviously having a Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes flashback to an old season, and forgetting what year we're currently in.
The rest of it is reasonably spot on.
We realistically can't expect another 2/3/4 Wire players in it.

| Can't complain about the James Roby selection to be fair - outstanding this season. Choice between him and Monas for me so no complaints there.

Agreed, if you read my post at the end of Page 1.
However Monaghan is very unlucky to miss out, as is Atkins.

Exactly, as I've said I'd put Atkins (definitley other centre) with either Chirs Riley, Chris Hicks or Tom Briscoe. If Bridge wouldn't of been injuired he could of been init.

Wellens
Richards
King
Atkins
Briscoe
Tomkins
Chase
Graham
Roby
Morley
Tomkins
Westwood
O'Loughlin
Thats what I posted a few weeks back... I originally put Monaghan at 7 but got shot down as he's hardly played there so I resorted to Chase (who I also think has been class... as he shown against us creating several tries)

I'd make one change from that; McGuire for Chase, apart from that it's very accurate.

Dont really think any number 7's have had that good of a season people have said Mcguire who has played a few games at 7 but i think his form has come too late. Dobson has been consistent and done really well considering he has to control everything most of the time due to him being the only half back at Hull KR.
Find the Senior one strange. I think Atkins has had a great season and sure most fans from other clubs would agree Atkins has been better than Senior. I would have Yeamen and Cudjoe ahead of Senior

| Am I the only one who thinks Wellens has had a very average season then?
Hall and Senior shouldn't be near that team for mine. And surely there must be someone better than Dobson?

| I think most people are struggling to see Senior over Atkins. Interesting to note that, whilst there are 3 aussies in the backs, the pack isn't a million miles from the likely England pack. I think that says a lot about the relative strengths of the forwards and backs in this country. Good to see Westwood and O'Loughlin gaining recognition. Both are players who, in the past, have been rated highly by their home fans but not always by opposition fans. That seems to have changed over the course of this season, with only the most blinkered still unable/unwilling to recognise their undoubted quality. Great seasons for both this year!

I think Robys is getting a raw deal of many. He has been fantastic and he is the 2nd highest meter. I would have him and than Monaghan before Riddell. I know stats arent everything but there is a massive gulf between Roby and Riddell.

I suppose if you ignore the fact that:
Roby has scored 6 times as many tries as Piggy
Roby has created 6 times as many tries as Piggy
Roby makes twice as many carries for over 1m per carry more than Piggy
Roby averages over 30% more tackles a game and misses fewer of them than Piggy
Roby makes 6 times more offloads as Piggy
Roby makes 4 times as many tackle busts as Piggy
Roby makes 4 times as many clean breaks as Piggy
Roby has kicked 40/20 and Piggy hasn't
Roby gives away fewer penalties than Piggy
then you have a great point there.
