Fielden used to be a right scrapper in his Bradford days until he lost his confidence.
You not remember his running battles with Barrie McDermott? Anyone who'll go toe to toe with him is classed as a nut job imo and then theres the time he hammered Jason Smith and left him with blood pouring from his face.
He's looked nervous of getting involved in any sort of arguments/fights since the Mason incident which has taken an edge away from him but he's looked far more aggressive in our first 2 games then he has done for a long while. |

I know who I'd want in a Wire front row and Mr.(Willie's mate) Fielden wouldn't figure. Prescott is best of Wigan's front row for me. Palleawhatsit is fine for 10 minutes then he's buggered.

'picking on a centre'... If we were in 1935, when there was more of a difference in sizes of players in those positions, or if Viane was indeed an out-and-out centre and not played a lot of his career in the second row, you might have a point.
