| I was really chuffed with the crowd considering the lack of away support(not surprisingly), and the fact we kept a clean sheet - to use a sporting parlance from another game.
I did notice that every time we had the ball and were being tackled there was always somebody watching and waiting for the offload. A big difference to recent years.
And every break or half break seemed to see Myler waiting for the pass.
Encouraging performance against a weakened team, and we wait for Castleford and Wigan with great anticipation.

| Support play, offloading (although in tighter games we may want to tuck the ball in a bit more) and marker defence.
Enthusiasm also.
Lots of promising signs. I said at half time the acid test was to keep them scoreless, regardless of whether we scored or not. And you could tell by the players' application in each tackle that we weren't going to be denied.
Keep that up, and we'll be okay.

| Great performance. Thought Monas and Briersy ran the show for whole 80.
If we can take all that and the team spirit and apply it for the rest of season we might be looking at top 3! If we beat Cas and Wigan I might start getting carried away. The really pleasing thing is that we've Hicksy,Clarke,Coops and Vinnie weren't in the squad and shows we have real strength in depth.
Something we've not had before in SL.

| You can only play what is in front of you and while i'll not get carried away with the scoreline I was impressed with the application of the players. Many times I have seen Warrington play along with the enthusiasm (or lack of) from the fans. After we went 12 up quins started to build a bit of pressure and the place was silent and my first thought was here we go it's gone quiet the players will lose momentum but they didn't and it was good to see.
Also, as an after thought. The best thing about scoring so many tries was the spectacle of the regimented kick-offs with that fella!

That's the fella. What that video doesn't show is the way he slowly extends his arm with the kicking tee on the palm of his hand.

Haha yeah, waits until the players get to the 40m mark!
My favourite bit has to be the check over his shoulders to make sure nobody is behind him though!

Even Wires 71 might accept that there is a huge helping of irony here...

So what do you think now?
