| Highs.
Rob Smyth going down the right flank to beat Bradford at Wilderspool was a cracking moment!
Winning at the Boulevard in 2002, Briers kicking a fist full of drop goals (was probably the worst game of rugby i've ever watched but just sticks in my memory)
Beating London Broncos at home by about 50 points at home in 03, and Appo running the show
Also Winning by 1 point at Headingley in 2002, seem to remember Danny Halliwell having a blinder!
Lows.
Getting beat at home by London in 02, ending Anderson's stint incharge.
Losing at Hull KR in the CC when they were in the National League.
Countless trips to Knowsley Road
Standing on the steps of Odsal watching us getting battered in 2003 (iirc) and us not even touching the ball for 25 minutes, the only high point being Sid Domic scoring and Nat Wood having a do at Jimmy Lowes

That game was Halifax at The Shay in 2002 when he kicked five DG's. We got beat too, Cardiss scoring late on [for Fax] in an awful game, you're getting confused a tad.
He did drop a goal, maybe two in that game you are referring too at Hull, I didn't go to that game, I had the updates on teletext, we were winning with five minutes to go, and at 10.45pm I was still sat there waiting for a confirmed result.

There was about 300 Warrington fans there, if that! Briers ran the length zig zagging away from Gareth Raynor! Good times

Oh god, i'd forgot about that.
Like another poster has mentioned, Quins away this year would be a low, not just because of the result but because of the whole Matt King incident...
Also, '08 at Wakefield where we got beaten 14-2, and we were in the hail and snow...

27604_1422450193.jpg 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 - It's always our year.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_27604.jpg |
|
| Highlights-
1. Challenge cup Win
2. Leeds playoff Win
3. Joeys debut
4. Cup semi-final v Wigan this year
There are one or two games that stand out for me: The first win at the JJB, coming back from the dead against Bradford, winning at the Boulevard in 2002, and the Challenge cup win at the Willows in 2000 are favourites.
One league game that really stands out for me is St. Helens away in 2005, where we lost to a last minute Sean Long drop-goal after throwing away a lead in the last couple of minutes. Obviously the result is a major low-light, but it is arguably the best game Ive seen.
Low-lights-
1. St.Helens away 2002 72-2 I think, also include all other visits to Knowsley Road in this.
2. All of 2002, escaping relegation felt fantastic but the season in general, with the exception of games such as winning at the Boulevard, was horrible.
3. Castleford at home in 2008 was horrendous, it was probably the lowest Ive ever felt walking away from a Warrington game, Knowsley road incidents aside.

Travelling down there and to be served up that performance was hard to take'"
that was a low point, however in my usual up beat manner i was heard to make a drunken speach on the mini bus on the way home which went a little like this...
"it's the low points like this that will make the victories in the future so much sweeter, all we need to do now is win the challenge cup and this will all be forgotten!"
but in a much more drunken slurry hic, manner whilst trying not to fall over standing up on the bus
i did not expect it to happen later the same season until we beat hull kr by one point, then i felt any thing was possible!

| can't believe 2003 isn't getting mentioned more, just for being a million times better than anyone expected. including that play off game at wigan, which as a defeat was still a pretty good game.

| highs...
wembley.
beating the pies 47-38 or something, for some reason i remember it as a balmy summers evening
leeds in the play-offs, even tho when the dg went over i landed awkwardly on the terraces and sprained my ankle meaning using the clutch on the way home was a tad painful.
first game at the hj/last game at wilderspool
the comeback against bradford
lows...
saints!!!
wakey away, we got beat 50 odd i think, nat wood stole the ball about 2 yards out and scored near the end, just an awful end to a crappy day...
hudds at home!
salford away, david 'bambi' kidwell having a complete 'mare...
the whole steve anderson era and his '3 year plan'...
bradford at home, 80-12?? or something equally preposterous...

No chance there was 300 Warrington fans there that day. I'd guess about 100 perhaps 150 tops.
