All ifs and buts, but if we had lost the semi final then I believe we would have made the playoffs (we were clearly putting all our eggs in the Challenge Cup basket from the moment the final hooter went in Wierdness). Who knows, perhaps ours and wigans positions would have been completely reversed with us losing to Saints in the final eliminator and the pies winning at Wembley.
