You think?
Just remember our recent history. And then remember the game on Friday night. Bear in mind we have been watching that or something like it for most of this season. Now, why would you think it strange that we were complaining? This is the same team that won the Challenge Cup last year and had all that success. Did you imagine we would be praising them sky high?
Actually, most of us were just chatting among ourselves in the end. Pre-1996 the boos would have been much, much louder! Rather like the Warrington style boos of the not so distant past.

It was for all the match though.
and I can understand frustration but the only player I could see getting support was Cunningham, now I may have been stood with a few misrable souls but nobody seemed bothered with the game.
Just honest observations

Oh, I agree. We weren't. We saw very quickly what was on offer - not an improvement on our showing at Leeds, which is what we were all hoping - and most of us switched off. Even the die hards on the pop side could only manage a very faint sounding song once or twice. We did cheer Eastmond when he made his break and I think Meli when he made one. We cheered Pryce ironically when he ran with the ball because that was the first time we saw him do it all match. I don't think he did it again.
It's been a tough come down for us this season. We were expecting trouble next season because that was when our transition time was due to start with Longy, Gilly and possibly Cunningham all leaving. But not this season, and not when we have a full first team fit and playing with so many so-called internationals among them. So the players know what to do on Saturday.
(I didn't boo btw and I didn't leave early but nor did I clap them off as I used to do)

To be fair. Take Carvell and Morley out the Wrrington pack and they would struggle. Take Peacock and Leuluai out the Leeds pack and they would struggle. James Graham and Jason Cayless are massive losses.

We have hardly seen Jason Cayless for two seasons. We managed a Challenge Cup, hubcap and Grand Final appearance without him last season! He's no loss at all, although the extra body out front is because Jammer doesn't get the rest he needs. However, James Graham is a loss yes but we still had enough talent out on that pitch to do a damn sight better than we did on Friday. We were almost as bad against Hull KR's kids and we had James Graham on the pitch then.

Killed two birds with one stone on Friday did the saints, Potters former club made the playoffs and at the same time one of the more serious threats to the competition were eliminated.
If Saints do magically find there form again next week then I think the RFL should have a stewards enquiry into that game on friday.'"

Jason Cayless is Saints HIGHEST paid prop forward. That proves what a loss he is.
