| Morley. Consistently excellent for the whole of the season even when the team was struggling.

| I've gone for Morley player of the year. Carvell try of the year against Saints. And Monas top tackler.

| Morley has been a rock this year but has definitely been helped by the arrival of Carvell.
Briers has definitely been more focused since Smith arrived and gave him a much needed kick up the backside.
But for me Monaghan has been a revelation since his move to hooker. Genuinely a World Class player now he is in his right position. He won us the semi against Wigan with an absolutely devastating performance and had an equally impressive game in the final, scoring a try and putting one on a plate for Vinny Anderson. Therefore Monaghan is my player of the year.
Young player of the year is between Harrison and Cooper, both have overcome their own difficulties and have come on leaps and bounds under Smiths guidance. Too close to call for me.

| I would go with:
Player of the year - Morley
Try of the year - Chris Riley at Bradford
Tackler - Ben Harrison

Player of the last few months maybe but for most of this year he was pretty dire.

Fair point but I think most of the team were garbage prior to Smiths arrival.
Also Monaghan was playing out of position until Smith moved him to Hooker. He is that good that Higham will never be a starting Hooker whilst Monaghan is here and fit and Clarke wont get a look in either.
I think we can write the first part of the season off when it comes to players contributions.

No need for the insulting mate. THe only inbecile is you that you cannot give an opinion without being insulting, pathetic comes to mind..
....Posted on here as wanting to open a sensible debate but obviously you are incapable of contributing in a sensible way...grow up....
Thanks everyone else for your input, Morley and Briers are the two I would say after some thought Morley edging it....
