| Quote: Greg- YamYamwire "Don't think Friday night games are suitable for people who work or live outside the town. Plus away support tends to be dire on a Friday bar a local derby.
Plus we would lose a hell of a lot of media coverage, because we play Sunday we get a good spread in the nationals on a Monday - Friday night games only make the northern editions.'"
Agreed, coming from Manchester. sunday game's are alot easyer.

| This is a tough one for me..
If we changed to Friday i would be able to attend every home game and get a season ticket, because i work every 5th weekend which as it stands means i've missed 3 home games...
Having said that i'm a bit of a traditionalist and do prefer to attend matches at 3pm on a Sunday..

| I really miss the Sunday night 6.30pm game, it was a great way to finish your weekend. I appreciate it isn't always feasible and travelling back on as Sunday night from London or Hull doesn't really appeal but for home games I was/still am a big fan.

| THe only thing with a Friday night game is that you look forwards to it all week and then if you loose, your weekend is over.

| I don't live in Warrington so Friday's are a bit of a ball ache. Saturday games are awesome if you're out on the lash after. Sundays are the most convenient if a bit depressing in a 'back in work soon' tupe of way.

| Whilst I enjoy the odd Friday game, they can be a pain to get to after work, and in the colder months, thy can be bloody miserable nights.
I enjoy turning up in t-shirt and shorts on a nice Sunday afternoon.

Aren't you about 12?
No such thing as tradition in RL, that's why we love the game.
Incidentally I'd like to see us try out the Friday night game, Sundays just seem so flat and lethargic at the moment.

| Another reason for not playing Fridays is the fact that you can't watch the Sky game live.
I'm surprised the RFL and Sky are happy to allow so many games kicking off at 8pm on a Friday when Sky are showing a live game.

19, and in in that time I cannot remember a non-televised home game kicking off Saturday, 3 o'clock.
Which was sort of my point in the second post.

Rugby League was traditionally played on a Saturday at 3pm, until it couldn't compete with soccer, which is why amateur games still take place on a Saturday.
