I wonder if anyone's thought to let Rob Burrow know, I think he'll have already signed this season's contract by now...

Oh for christs sake, that happened AFTER he was given the MOTM award and it was on the last play before the final hooter.

Give the guy a break, FFS. He did a lot more work than most of the other so called "superstars" tonight.

As much as I want Riley to do well being a homegrown lad and coming from the same school that I go to.

He isn't what Championship contending teams are made of, and with the squad we have we should be challenging for the title

Well, in my eyes, over the last two games, Riley has been the stand out performer so far.........so that doesn't really say too much about Wire "supposedly" being a Championship contending side when one of our "fringe" players is showing up everyone else.

True Riley has been one of the standout performers and at the minute he deserves his place in the team

But you know as well as I do that as soon as Reardon is fit he will come in for him, and for me that is more solid than having Riley at fullback.

Based on the performances on last season Riley deserves a place on the wing but he wouldn't be my first, or even second choice fullback. I would swap him and Hicks around.

But this is just my opinion, other people are entitled to theirs

Did Carvell injure himself when he tried to launch try scoring Cyril Stacul into the back of the Martin Dawes stand with his knees?
Still a yard dog.

Indeed.

Why though? Reardon has been out for god knows how long. Riley has started the last two games at full back and has done a solid job. Why should Reardon be entitled to just waltz back into the starting line up, especially after the length of time he has been injured.

I disagree Geordie, he cost us points and made silly errors, if that was a certain other player he'd be getting slated on here.

How they gave Riley man of the match is beyond me! Maybe because it's his birthday tomorrow
I thought he played average in an average performance. Nothing special IMO.

Not sure how Reily got MOM, yes he did do a lot of work and go the rough end of the stick from catalan players but not MOM. Carvell for me followed by Higham. Rau, Morley and Wood did ok with Rau the best of the 3.

People who let themselves down., the club and the fans were King, V Anderson, Briers and Lowes, IMO Westwood went off the boil after that tackle on Carlaw

That's my new favourite phrase.

When describing Warringtons defensive line, it's the 'Disgrace Line' with Riley as our last line of disgrace.

I like it.
