b) You dont want to go in the South stand
c) the club hasnt decided to make it ticket only on the turnstiles and you therefore have to queue up at the ticket window.

It was a hiccup, OK A BIG hiccup, but has been sorted. The club wont be the first business issuing tickets to be hit by such an issue. 3 years ago I had money for a holiday taken twice against my credit card. You think £400 is bad..................try £3000. The measure of the club is how quickly they sort it out and what they do about people who suffer financially because of it.

The correct way to complain - lay the down the facts of what has happened, and what ought to have happened instead. No insults, no "this is a joke and I want my money back", no "you are all incompetent [insert unsavoury word here]" statements, as those kind of things will (even though it is not intended to, as such) directly insult the person who whom you are directing your complaint and leave them feeling less sympathy for you. Not that it should matter, but it's human nature and you'll almost certainly always get a more positive response if you keep your cool when complaining.

I'd hazard a guess that the PSP which hosts the payment side of wolfware online were caught on the hop and simply didn't expect (or weren't told to expect) the increased demand on their platform, it might sound like a silly statement but capacity planning is a big issue on internet systems and for high volume operators they will never knowingly put more resources on to a given client than is absolutely necessary. I wonder who the PSP is that the club uses?.

You've not mentioned you'll be paying more than those who purchased in advance though have you.

You can buy tickets for any stand at the shop.

Mi Mother and Father in law queued on Saturday for about 2 hors and by the time they got there they forget to get mine and my 2 daughters, weve been away!!!

the way it's been made out on here i would say anything short of 12,000 is poor, not sure of the numbers we will bring with it being a friday night and on sky.

someone in work said south stand tickets are still available, he could have been wrong but if that hasnt sold out this close to the game its never a good sign (my estimate around the 10K mark, although i hope im proved wrong)

500 max. I recogn about 11k with the "home areas" being sold out. The problem Warrington have is that Huddersfield are selling tickets for the game right up until 4pm. If they dont sell them, there's not really enough time for Warrington to take-over the sales at that point especially in the seated areas.

According to the club website 8,500 have been sold with tickets available for all areas including the South. The only pay on the night turnstiles are in the West

Rumours of the south being sold out will not have helped this. There are people on this thread who have stated things along the lines of "just been in the club shop and heard people trying to get south tickets only to be told it's sold out".

So. I see two possibilities here.
1) The online ticketing system fiasco has lead the club to prematurely believe the south stand is sold out, until they could sort out the mess (hence no 'official' sold out announcement for that stand as we've always had previously)
2) The people on this thread were rumour mongering/telling porkies.

I'm not sure either explanation is particularly palatable

we brought over 1000 last year but i really cant gauge what we will bring this time, our fans are reluctant to travel on friday nights over the border,especially when they can watch it on sky, plus our away form is truly dreadful, so could be anything from 300-1000 who knows?
so this mad panic for tickets was not needed then as it looks like being way short of a full house, by the way is the LLS being presented before or after the match?
