How many is it you've sold? 275 last time I heard !

Phoned late yesterday afternoon and a very helpful lady checked their "list" and told me that my tickets were okay and that I would get my refund.

Also emailed Ian at the club and got a reply this morning confirming that everything was sorted and he had been assured that the system glitch was sorted now.

So a big thanks to the folks behind the scenes for sorting things out.

Got told today after the postie had been with no ticket that no tickets will be posted out u have to collect them !
When I went to the shop they told me they phoned everyone whom ordered tickets online for postage !
Strange no one phoned me minor cock up by the shop but couldn't give a toss got my ticket now so don't care !
Anyone hoping to get home today and find their ticket has been posted will be disappointed so if u read this go n collect it from the shop !

last i heard it was upto 319 with at least 15 turning up without tickets! it's gonna be messy

Not sure if this takes into account their coc4-up with the multi ticket sales.

So the general jist of this thread is pay on the gate is the way forward then? Glad you've all had a fun week queuing or risking bank charges. See you tomorrow with cash in my pocket.

Only works if :-
a) You dont want a seat
b) You dont want to go in the South stand
c) the club hasnt decided to make it ticket only on the turnstiles and you therefore have to queue up at the ticket window.

It was a hiccup, OK A BIG hiccup, but has been sorted. The club wont be the first business issuing tickets to be hit by such an issue. 3 years ago I had money for a holiday taken twice against my credit card. You think £400 is bad..................try £3000. The measure of the club is how quickly they sort it out and what they do about people who suffer financially because of it.

Not that it should matter, but it's human nature and you'll almost certainly always get a more positive response if you keep your cool when complaining.

I'd hazard a guess that the PSP which hosts the payment side of wolfware online were caught on the hop and simply didn't expect (or weren't told to expect) the increased demand on their platform, it might sound like a silly statement but capacity planning is a big issue on internet systems and for high volume operators they will never knowingly put more resources on to a given client than is absolutely necessary. I wonder who the PSP is that the club uses?.

You've not mentioned you'll be paying more than those who purchased in advance though have you.

You can buy tickets for any stand at the shop.

4 days from payday so i guess its good old sky sports for me lol
